STEP1、乌龙茶泡奶五分钟。HeatOolongteainmilkoverstovetopfor5minutes.
STEP2、把蛋黄跟蛋清分开。Separateeggyolkfromeggwhite.
STEP3、把油和乌龙奶茶跟蛋黄搅拌均匀然后最后加入面粉。Addoil,Oolongmilkteaandmixwellwitheggyolk.Thenaddinflour.
STEP4、把蛋清加入糖跟米醋打到变亮白而挺的泡泡。Addsugarandvinegartoeggwhitesandbeattostiffwhitefoampeaks.
STEP5、把蛋泡慢慢的加入面糊里搅拌均匀然后放进蛋糕模。Slowlymixtheeggwhiteintotheflourbatter.Oncewellcombinedpourthebatterintothecakemould.
STEP6、把蛋糕模在毛巾上轻轻的撞破气泡。Removeairbubblesfromthebatterbydroppingthecaketinoveratowel.
STEP7、先放一小碗水在烤箱里,然后把蛋糕放进去。低温150度烤40分钟再180度烤20分钟。
